All Women L.E.A.D
At All Women L.E.A.D., we believe that gender equity is not just a goal—it’s a necessity. True equity requires more than policies; it demands understanding, empathy, and intentional action, all of which are rooted in emotional intelligence. L.E.A.D. stands for Leverage, Empower, Achieve, Do —four pillars that guide our mission to foster a global community where women are empowered, supported, and equipped to excel. Through self-awareness, empathy, and meaningful connections, we help individuals and organizations cultivate inclusive environments where leaders thrive, and diverse voices drive innovation and progress.
Inspiring and Connecting Through Events
Our platform connects like-minded women and allies through events designed to inspire, educate, and foster a sense of community. These gatherings are more than just meetings; they are opportunities to network, learn from industry leaders, and engage in thought-provoking discussions that spotlight the achievements and challenges women face in the workplace.
We offer Let’s Get Intentional virtual monthly sessions with subject matter experts, where participants are inspired, educated, and motivated to move forward with intentionality. Additionally, we host the largest International Women’s Day event in Southwestern Ontario’s history every March. This signature event is a celebration of women’s achievements and a rallying call for continued progress.
Focused Development and Community Support
For those seeking more focused development, we offer four exclusive Mastermind events per year with limited space to ensure a personalized experience.
Our commitment extends with Authentically Yours – a Virtual Membership Community founded in 2019 by Jen Slay and Melissa Maloney. AWL provides a supportive space for women in leadership to have open conversations without judgment.
Our community has grown beyond quarterly events into a dynamic virtual hub where women can connect, network, and engage in “real talk” conversations. We also support allies and business memberships, ensuring a place for everyone committed to gender equity.
Whether you’re an individual, a group, or a business, All Women L.E.A.D. offers tailored programming to meet your needs. As a CPD-certified organization, we are dedicated to professional development and continuous learning. Join us to leverage our collective power and make a difference.
