Leadership isn’t just about holding a title

Leadership isn’t just about holding a title—it’s a responsibility that requires continuous growth, strategic thinking, and the ability to set and achieve both personal and organizational goals. At AWL Partners, we offer individual leadership and executive coaching designed to help you navigate challenges with confidence, build resilience, and thrive in complex environments. Our coaching focuses on developing emotional intelligence, empowering leaders to become more self-aware, manage emotions effectively, and strengthen interpersonal relationships

Personalized Leadership Development for Unique Journeys

We recognize that every leader’s journey is unique. That’s why our approach is highly personalized. Through tailored strategies, we work closely with individuals and teams to address their specific needs and overcome obstacles. Whether your goal is to enhance self-management, foster empathy, or refine your decision-making, our coaching equips you with the tools to succeed.

A key component of our leadership development is the Extended DISC assessment, which reveals behavioral patterns and enhances your understanding of how to communicate and collaborate effectively. Success in leadership—and in life—is deeply rooted in the ability to connect with and motivate others. From employees to customers and even family, how you relate to people matters.

Building Emotional Intelligence for Lasting Leadership Impact

At AWL Partners, we believe emotional intelligence is the foundation for long-term leadership success. We help you cultivate skills in communication, influence, and relationship management—ensuring your leadership impact is authentic, positive, and enduring. Whether you’re working one-on-one, as part of a team, or within a group, we’ll help you reach your full potential and create meaningful connections along the way.
Your growth as a leader starts here. Let’s build the future you envision—together.

What is Extended DISC?

The DiSC theory, developed in 1928 by psychologist William Moulton Marston and based on the work of Carl Gustav Jung, divides human behavior into four main styles: Dominance (D), Influence (I), Steadiness (S), and Correctness (C). Extended DISC is a self-assessment that measures how you prefer to interact with others, creating a common language and self-awareness to help you better understand yourself and others.
The online DISC questionnaire takes just 10 minutes to complete. Afterward, you’ll schedule a session with a member of the our team to go over the results. The best part? You’ll keep the comprehensive assessment report for future reference, offering you insights that will support you in all areas of your life for years to come.
Imagine the possibilities:
Whether you’re in sales, feeling stuck in your work or personal life, or simply wanting to understand why you do the things you do, this tool is for you.
We encourage you to book your session with a team member now – let’s get you on the road to extreme success. Imagine having a tool that can help you effectively understand and communicate with yourself and others.
Remember, “DiSC is a personal assessment tool used to improve work productivity, teamwork, leadership, sales, and communication. DiSC measures your personality and behavioral style. It does not measure intelligence, aptitude, mental health, or values.” – Extended DISC Team
