Strat X is a curated, year-long leadership circle for mid-to-late stage career women- executives, founders, and owners who are done with the version of leadership development that was never designed for them in the first place. This is not a networking group. It is not a mentorship program. Our International Women’s Day event is the centrepiece of the AWL calendar.
It is a celebration, a challenge, and a community gathering for women and the allies who stand alongside them. Every year the theme, the speakers, and the experience are built from the ground up, because the conversation women need to have is never exactly the same from one year to the next.
