Every engagement starts with the EQi 2.0, a clinically validated measure of emotional intelligence. Before anything else, every participant knows where they are.

Nine archetypes that map how people operate in teams. A shared language that makes the previously impossible conversations possible.

•  Every participant learns the nine Herd Intelligence archetypes and where they recognize themselves

•  Connected directly to the EQi data, pattern plus the emotional intelligence dimension driving it

•  The Drifting / Grounded / Guiding model gives every person a real-time framework for their own zone

•  When the team shares a language, accountability lands without blame

The Program Sessions


In-person and asynchronous learning across 90 days. Cumulative, not episodic. Each session builds on the last.

•  Self-awareness, patterns, and why, what drives behaviour under pressure

•  Team dynamics, communication, and feedback, the conversations the team has not been able to have

•  Accountability and executive function, building the habits of high performance

•  The in-person sessions create safety. The asynchronous work builds the habits that make it stick

The Aligned Coaching


Individual coaching that reinforces the program rather than running alongside it. Coaches briefed on the organisational context. Directionally aligned to the team’s growth. Intentional and directive coaching that drives your organizations goals.

•  The transparency principle: what is shared in sessions stays in sessions. The alignment is directional

Herd Intelligence is available at three levels of depth and duration. Every engagement begins with Herd Intelligence Discovery, a 30-day diagnostic that tells you exactly what is happening in your team and which tier is the right fit.
HI Perform

Assessment, archetypes, and facilitated sessions over 120 days. The entry point. Includes 3 individual coaching sessions over 120 days per participant.

HI Accelerate

Everything in HI Perform plus unlimited, individual, aligned coaching for every participant. The most commonly recommended.

HI Lead

Everything in HI Accelerate plus 12 months of habit-forming coaching. For permanent culture change.

The Herd Sessions

Some dynamics in a team cannot be fully addressed in a mixed group. The Herd Sessions create dedicated space for the specific challenges that women and men navigate differently in professional environments, and give every member of the team a track built for their actual experience of the workplace.

Three sessions per track. Available as an add-on with any program tier.
